David Matern
Culinary Director & Partner David’s foundation was built at Boca Restaurant Group where he rose through the ranks in a refined, fine-dining setting. His culinary path also included influential time under Chef Brian Voltaggio, where technique and innovation met classic roots. At Etxe Hospitality, his menus draw inspiration from both Spanish and French Basque traditions—balanced, ingredient-driven, and soulful.
Heather Brady
Managing Partner & Beverage Director Heather began her hospitality career in Atlanta, training under Kevin Rathbun where she learned the importance of operational precision and warm, genuine service. She went on to spend years with Barcelona Wine Bar, where her passion for Spanish cuisine and wine culture took root. At Etxe Hospitality, she leads the guest experience, and a curated beverage program that champions Basque, Spanish, and old-world wines alongside creative cocktails.
